Say No to Blasphemy Laws.

Section 295 of the Pakistan Penal Code says that:
'Whoever, with the deliberate intention of wounding the religious feelings of any person, utters any word or makes any sound in the hearing of that person or makes any gesture in the sight of that person or places any object in the sight of that person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.'

Th...is law has been misused since its incorporation into our Penal Code. Hundreds of innocent Pakistanis, mostly non-Muslims have been charged under this law and given long imprisonments.

Both Salman Taseer and Shahbaz Bhatti criticized and questioned the validity of this inhumane law and they paid with their life. Pakistanis, the time has come to revoke these inhumane laws.

In the memory of Salman Taseer, Shahbaz Bhatti and all others who died for this firm cause.

Invite your friends and comrades. This is our reply to the Mumtaz brigade.

“Never doubt that a small group of committed citizens can change the world. Indeed thats the only thing that ever has”
